Universal Security Services and Maintenance is a PSIRA Accredited 100% South African Black owned company founded in August 2018 by Mr. John Fannie Ntshangase, the MD/CEO who has a local and international footprints in the Corporate Industrial Securiy, 4 years in Qatar/Doha in the Middle East and 10years in South Africa in Supervision, Close Protection, Safety and Security Operations joint with the South African Police Service (SAPS) for crime prevention. John Fani Ntshangase has an accredited Close Protection Course (CPO) throug Khanyisani  Training Academy, Safety and Security Management with the Academy of York  and he is registered with the Private Security Industry Regulation Authority (PSIRA).
The Director and shareholder, Mr Manoj Singh brings in 30 years of experience in Security Industry, Retail, Commercial, Corporate, Parastal and Private Sector. Mr Manoj Singh has served as directorship for many reputable companies and in senior management positions, thus he understands clients, customer and industry requirement. Mr Mnoj also have passion for employee satisfication, growth and development. He has mentored many PDI into positions of ownership and directorship in up and growing SMME.
 Universal Security Services and Maintenance was established to provide a meaningful service and to be actively involved in the reduction of crime rate where it operates
